Wilder The Label reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, Wilder reserves the right to cancel the order or charge the excess due to the result of the scenario.

Pre-order Items
All orders that contain 'pre order' and 'in stock' items will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you will need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered. Please order carefully, as we DO NOT split orders once they have been placed.

However, if you've already placed your order and you require the in-stock item to come first, you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team and they will assist you.

The order will be dispatched within Two Business Days via Australia Post. 

Wilder The Label ship to all addresses (incl. PO boxes) within the Australia.

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Under normal circumstances Australia Post will deliver within (please allow an additional two days for handling):

Within NSW: 2–5 business days
Outside NSW: 3–6 business days

Once items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the customers’ responsibility to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
