SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping prices is a flat rate $9.99 within Australia and free for all orders over $200

When can I expect my order to ship?
Express orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed with standard delivery will be shipped the next business day.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Yes. Please email info@wilderthelable.com  to cancel or modify your order before it ships. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking email from us when your item has been shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do ship to PO boxes for all orders

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship worldwide. The flat rate does not apply for orders outside Australia and will be calculated at checkout based on size and weight.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?
Wilder The Label only accepts exchanges for ‘change of mind’ within 14 days of receipt of product provided the product has not been used and is in original packaging. The purchaser will need to fund the cost of the shipping.

If I mail a return, when will I be refunded?
After inspection of the returned product, it will take 2-5 days for the refund to be processed.

What is the cost to return or exchange an item?
If your product is faulty, or if the wrong product has been received wilder The Label will issue a returns label for you to use when posting the refund. The shipping price is at the cost of the purchaser for all exchanges.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

What methods of payment do you accept?
Wilder The Label accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zippay and AfterPay.

If I place an order, when will I be charged?
Payment will be deducted from the nominated account immediately. If your payment has not been deducted straight away, sometimes this may happen with third-party payment providers like PayPal Express, please wait a few hours and if it still has not been processed please contact customer service info@wilderthelable.com  to confirm the payment status. 

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
We recommend you contact the card issuer.

How do I use a promo code?
Enter the promo code at the checkout in the box provided. Only one promo code will work per transaction 

How do I find my nearest store?
Currently Wilder The Label is an online store only.

It is $10 for standard shipping Australia Wide. $20 for Express Shipping Australia Wide. International Shipping will start at $20, and the cost is dependant on weight.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Beach People does not accept Returns for ‘change of mind’ however, we will offer an exchange if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.
